Tiger Woods leading World Player Classification

Tiger Woods is still leading the world players classification with 17.93 points, 8.19 more than the second classified Phil Mickelson.
Sergio García is the first Spanish golfer in the list, he is on the 9th position with 5.42 points. He is the first European golfer in the list too. José Maria Olazábal is the second Spanish golfer in the list, thanks to his important promotion. Miguel Angel Jimenez is the third Spanish golfer.

Golfer Miguel Angel Jiménez sponsored the first Golf Proam “Proyecto Hombre Málaga”.

Guadalhorce Golf Club celebrated last 21st of June the I Pro-am of Golf Proyecto Hombre Málaga, which brought 24 golf teams together. Professional Golfers as Manuel Piñero, Pepín Rivero, Juan Quirós and Tomás Jesús Muñoz particated in this Charitable Action of this NGO.

Golf tourists spend each year more than 900 millions euros in Malaga. This amount is a 15% more than two years ago, according to the reports of Promotur, Association of the Residential and Sport Tourism in Andalusia.

Golf Course on the Costa del Sol

La Quinta Golf & Country Club. It is the venue of the Golf School of famous world championship Manuel Piñero. The golf course is next to Malaga and the touristic area of Puerto Banus. It is a golf course composed by 18 holes and another one composed by 9 holes, which is a funny and comfortable golf course to play any levels. Its major difficulty consists of the drop of lanes and its deeper bunkers. Service: Extraordinary Golf Club where there is a gym, paddle court, swimming pool, squash court, Turkish Bath, Therapy and Aesthetic Centre.
