FreeEmortgage, the new mortgage broker for foreigners looking to purchase a property in Spain

Hipoteca Gratis, a web based company offering financial & mortgage solutions, is expanding its services to all non-Spanish speakers by launching the freeEmortgage project to look after managing and processing all mortgage applications for non-residents wishing to acquire a second home in Spain. It can also offer multiple financial solutions to foreigners who have taken up residency in the country.

Hipoteca Gratis has looked to expand business beyond the borders of Spain by first reaching the UK and Ireland which will shortly be followed by the rest of the European continent.

The company has shown its ability to identify unique business opportunities thanks to the experience gained in the eight years it has been in business. Hipoteca Gratis has been offering advice and managing mortgages for the Spanish public since the year 2000, providing an efficient, quick and satisfactory level of service enjoyed by thousands of customers. From today, the freeEmortgage project, led by Jerome Miller, can provide advice and assist in the mortgage application for foreigners wanting to purchase a property in Spain, whether it is a first residence or a holiday home.

The main argument that decided the company to open a new and alternative line of business was the clear shortage of qualified personnel and lack of documentation tailored to the foreign public who often hesitate to invest in Spain due to the language barrier. Hipoteca Gratis and its freeEmortgage project resolve these deficiencies by offering documentation in a language the customer will understand, and a native English speaking team of analysts who will assist in the entire mortgage application process as well as explaining terms, concepts and differences that may exist between Spain and the customers country of origin.

freeEmortgage has made their new website: http://www.freeemortgage.com/ available to all users looking to finance the purchase of a property or for any other financial solutions. This user friendly site combines style and elegance and provides all the information that will ever be needed to apply for a mortgage in Spain such as; necessary documentation, information on aspects often “forgotten” by the public such as the NIE or the Euribor, financial calculators offering estimates on terms and repayments, as well as a financial glossary that will help clarify any doubts a customer may come across.

The FreeEmortgage team is on hand to respond to all information requests and to offer the necessary advice to ensure that the completion of the customer’s mortgage is carried out without delay and with the best conditions the market has to offer.

Ten reasons to live in a golf property in Spain

Golf is no longer an exclusive sport for the wealthy, more and more people of all ages and backgrounds are taking up the game and they are not just content to play on their local course. Golf has gone truly international with world class courses springing up on every continent. A number of professional golfers such as Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Tiger Woods and Ian Woosnam have put their names to these courses and are developing a new type of golf resort, one with freehold property available to purchase. Here are ten reasons to invest in a golf property:1. A good investment. The lifestyle factors are important when planning a property purchase however the financial aspects are key. The benefit of purchasing on a course is that the demand for golf property remains high, providing an exit from the market at any point. Buying a property off-plan will also usually result in significant capital gain by the time the course has opened. 2. Money earner. There is excellent holiday rental potential both in the domestic and foreign markets as the popularity of golf continues to grow. On some developments rental returns of up to 6% per annum are offered (for a set period of time after purchase). 3. Year-round use. Buy a property in a country such as Spain, Dubai, Florida or South Africa and not only will you be able to make the most of your property all year round but you would also have the option to rent it out 365 days a year.4. Value for money. Compare average property prices in the UK of £200,000 to just about anywhere else in the world and you can get so much more for your money if you buy overseas. Plus, how many opportunities are there to buy on a golf complex in the UK?5. Not just golf. If you love golf but your partner doesn’t, never fear. There are plenty of other distractions to be found on site. Choose from tennis, football, volleyball, basketball, swimming, gym and beauty spa.6. Family fun. Most golfing communities are very child-friendly. Look for courses and clubs which have children’s play areas and swimming pools. If you have very young children look for those places with an on site crèches to enable you to hit the holes without interruption!7. Living on the green/community living. Enjoy the pleasure of community living, where everyone you meet will be fellow golfing fans and where you’ll always have something to talk about … golf!8. Amenities. Most sites have their own bars and restaurants but some even have their own shops and cinemas so you never have to leave the grounds. Perfect for a hassle free break. 9. Different culture. Experience the sport you love in a completely different culture where you can enjoy the “vie difference”!10. Retirement. Buy your golfing property to enjoy now as a second home with the thought that it could be somewhere to retire to when the time is right.

Costa del Sol. An Ideal place to rest and practise golf

The Costa del Sol region of Spain could be the secret find you talk about for anniversaries to come. This will take you through the lush Spanish countryside, into Moorish villages and medieval ruins, not to mention high-end restaurants with super fresh seafood.
You'll golf Valderrama of course. But there's more than just the storied home of the 1997 Ryder Cup here. Courses like Sotogrande — opened in 1964 and considered the grandfather of golf in the region and still one of the top courses in Europe — and Torrequebrada — where its beauty is equaled by its trickiness — provide more than enough rounds to fill a trip.
"I honestly believe that if I wanted to get away with my wife and another couple on a trip, I'd pick a trip to Spain's Costa del Sol," Ward said. "It's just a beautiful climate — it's always moderate. The people are very friendly and there's a great series of little villages and hilltop views."

Ciudad del Golf.

It is confirmed that there was a previous project for “Ciudad del Golf”

Las Navas mayor confirmed that the specification sheet of the corresponding plots to “Ciudad del Golf” were done over the offer presented by the company Residencial Aguas Nuevas SL.

There was a project in motion that was presented to the Town Council and according to it, the specification sheet was put up for auction. “Someone came and took it, but somebody else could have come and pay more for it”, pointed out Gerardo Pérez in his statements for the radio station Cadena Ser.
This confirmation happens to be opposite to the Spanish Contract Law for the Public Administrations, which demands respect towards the principles of objectivity, advertising and transparency. This makes impossible any previous negotiation from side of civil servants or any of those who hold public office.
